Anyone think the following is a good idea?
It will give us the option to install our own boot loader.

Add an option to:
  • Enable/Disable the installation of the packaged Clover

I created a virtual machine with vmware with OS high sierra. it was not easy to find app "os installer hight sierra" (many install updates). Found and launching it from the APP has performed an update (I do not know the reason) and reboot unibeast NOT found the file installation. I got the installation files from a friend of mine but I do not know how to use them. How can I get the installation file unibeast loaded?

how to uninstall clover?

I have been converting a pc to hackintosh, and, after leaving my Mac (its shared) alone for a day, I've only come back to find someone has managed to install the clover boot loader on it (on the real Mac). is there any 'uninstaller'(?), or files I can delete(?), some way to rebuilt the efi partition(? etc) so that my Mac is still the legitimate Mac its always been ?? its not been rebooted since the installation, at least not that I'm aware of.

my Mac is pretty old...

Heya, I'm trying to create a bootable USB drive with Unibeast 9.0, but after I confirm all of my settings it prompts me asking for an administrator password in order to create the bootable drive.

Thing is, the only Mac I have on hand is the laptop my school assigned me, so... I don't have the administrator password.

Is there any possible way to create a drive without this password? I don't know anyone who has a Mac besides classmates with school laptops as well, so I don't have any...

Cannot create bootable Mojave USB with Unibeast

I've tried and retried this so many times and I'm at my wits end. I've followed the guide to create a Mojave bootable USB drive. I'm using a 16 GB stick. It's a brand new one since I couldn't get my previous stick to work either. I have a series 9 motherboard so I tried the UEFI options first. The stick was successfully created with Unibeast. I reboot and hold down F12 for the boot menu. My USB stick is there but there's no UEFI option. I select it anyways and I just boot into my old...

Any help greatly appreciated!

Have an old EX58-UD5 i7 920 based system that I've installed Sierra onto a new hard drive using Unibeast, problem is I can't see the drive on the boot screen to complete the installation.
  • HDD shows up in the BIOS.
  • Does not show up on the boot splash screen (only the Unibeast USB stick and my Windows drive show up)
  • Does show up in the Disk Utility on the USB (Unibeast)
So I'm trying to install Sierra (think I need a new video card...

Hey all. I've been trying to sort this out for a couple months now (obviously not an expert hacker) I've gone through the troubleshooting and scoured the forums for similar issues. I've had stable builds running Yosemite, Mavericks, Sierra but High Sierra is giving me trouble.

Is there a problem because the OSX base system name and the name unibeast names the usb are the same? "Install macOS High Sierra"?

I'm trying to create this on my macbook and so far I've:

Hello Macman,

Thanks for the reply, I don't know why you have closed my previous thread ?

your answer was "i did not use the right version of unibeast" but i downloaded several times the one for "High Sierra" which is in the "Download section" of your site called 8.3.2 (you can see the picture attached).

When you unzipped this version you can see that the file is referenced with the date 2018/04/13, and in the logs that i joined in my previous messages, you also see that the clover...

Hi all,

I am a Hackintosh rookie and trying to create the bootable USB for Mojave using UniBeast 9.0.0 on my macbook Air Mid 2012, which is currenlty running Mojave 10.14.2.

At first, while strictly following the guide, I failed to create the bootable USB and the following error continues to come up:

USB fail.png

I already tried two different USBs, one is 16 GB and the other one is 32GB (both are usb 3.0). Yet, such an error still exists.
Then I continued to run the...

Creating an installer for OS X

Hello everyone,

I'd like to create a USB installer for Sierra or El Capitan. However, Mojave refuses to download the installer for older versions of OS X. Even if I download the installer from elsewhere and put the application in the Applications folder Mojave refuses to start the installation.

I'm not sure if it is due to this but in either way, I'm not able to create a bootable stick via Unibeast as there is either no installer or Unibeast recognizes the installer to be incomplete(?)...
